I wanted to take a moment to share the protocol I’ve developed—one that isn’t just about the supplements I take, but about the timing, structure, and strategy behind it. I call it a three-phase war plan:

Attack. Defend. Regroup.

This is how I’ve chosen to fight cancer head-on.

Attack Phase: Maximum Chaos for Cancer

Every morning, I go on the offensive. I don’t just hit cancer—I throw the kitchen sink at it. I deplete it of its three major fuels: glucose, iron, and protein. I block its main protective mechanism: glutathione, which acts like an armor around cancer cells. With that armor down, my arsenal of oxidative therapies can punch through and trigger apoptosis—cancer’s self-destruct button.

If I have radiation scheduled that day, I use this phase to make it 150% to 300% more effective. That’s not theory—it’s based on how much oxygen tension, redox stress, and mitochondrial pressure I can build in the cancer environment.

For colon, breast, kidney, or prostate cancers, I believe the enhancement can go as high as 3x, especially when using methylene blue.

But for digestive cancers (like mine), I recommend apricot seeds instead of MB—they work better for a direct-contact attack in the gut and colon lining.

Transition to Defense Mode (5 Hours After Radiation)

Five hours after radiation, I shift out of attack mode and into defense.

Now it’s about healing, recovery, and preserving my healthy cells. I load up on antioxidants to counter the oxidative stress I unleashed earlier. This doesn’t just protect my tissues—it recharges my immune system, especially T cells and NK cells, which are still out there hunting.

At this point, I’m still not eating—which keeps fuel levels low for cancer. Even though I’m blocking cancer’s uptake of nutrients, I don’t take chances. No glucose. No extra protein. No iron for it to feast on. I want to force autophagy—so my body eats away at the cancer itself.

Regroup Phase: OMAD, Autophagy, and Simplicity

When I finally do eat, it’s one meal a day (OMAD). I keep it extra simple and designed for recovery:

🥚 Eggs

🥑 Avocado

🧈 Ghee

🍲 Bone broth

🌶️ Hot sauce (for taste)

🍫 A piece of dark cocoa chocolate

Is it a gourmet meal? No.
But I’m in a war, not a buffet line.

I’ll have tacos, burritos, pizza, and burgers after I’m T0. For now, I eat to survive and recover—not to celebrate.

I keep carbs extremely low, protein minimal, and iron under 8 mg/day. Not too much less—because I don’t want anemia—but never enough for cancer to use as fuel. Calories don’t matter right now. I eat as much fat as I need to sustain energy. Those who need variety can get creative—there are plenty of fitting meals out there. I just keep it strict because I don’t care about food right now. I care about one thing:

Getting to T0, three weeks after radiation ends.

What Makes My Protocol Work? Not the Stack—The Strategy

Let me be clear: it’s not the brand or size of your supplement stack that matters.

It’s how well you:

Time your attack

Deprive cancer of fuel

Weaken its shields

Crush its escape routes (10 major pathways)

Give your immune system time to regroup and strike again

In the beginning, I didn’t get it right. The first month was trial and error—I did keto, drank tons of green tea, fasted a bit, and stacked a few supplements without knowing how to time them properly.

The edge came when I learned to match fasting windows to oxidative attacks, and radiation days to glutathione suppression. I finally built what I now call Protocol 2.

Results: T3B Tumor Couldn't Last

I started with a T3B colorectal tumor—a big one.

It only survived two weeks of radiation under my full attack stack.
I’m now heading toward the finish line—no bleeding, no pain, and just a few days out from my hopeful T0 confirmation.

Closing Thoughts

This isn’t about being perfect. This isn’t about buying every expensive supplement.

It’s about having a battle plan:

Deprive the cancer.

Attack the cancer.

Shield your body.

Let your immune system mop up the rest.

If I can help anyone do that—even with a simplified version—then all of this has been worth it. Cancer sucks. But it can be beaten.

I believe it’s all about timing, strategy, and discipline. And that’s a protocol anyone can follow.

Stay strong.
We fight together.

Cancer isn’t just random growth—it follows certain survival strategies inside the body. These strategies are called biological pathways. They are like hidden systems cancer uses to grow, stay alive, hide from the immune system, and resist treatment. The good news is that each of these pathways can be targeted using diet changes, fasting, or natural supplements. When we block these pathways, we make it harder for cancer to survive.

One major pathway cancer depends on is called glutamine metabolism. Glutamine is an amino acid that cancer cells use for fuel. It helps them grow fast and build new DNA. Even when we take away sugar, some cancers switch to glutamine for energy. By reducing protein in the diet and using supplements like berberine, curcumin, or fasting, we can help cut off this backup fuel source.

Another key pathway is the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway. This is like a stuck accelerator pedal for cancer—it tells the cells to keep growing and never stop. This pathway also helps the tumor build new blood vessels and avoid dying. But natural compounds like apigenin, quercetin, berberine, and curcumin can help slow this growth signal down. Fasting is also powerful at turning off this pathway.

Ferroptosis is a special way cells can die from iron overload and oxidative stress. Cancer cells often store too much iron, but they also create defenses to stop ferroptosis from killing them. We can break through these defenses by using compounds like artemisinin, green tea extract (EGCG), sulforaphane, and IP6. These work by boosting iron stress and triggering cancer cell death from the inside.

Cancer also has something like a “shield” called glutathione, which protects it from damage. This antioxidant defends the tumor from treatments like radiation or oxidative therapy (such as B17 or methylene blue). To make treatment more effective, we can use supplements like fenbendazole, artemisinin, berberine, and ivermectin to weaken this shield. Once it’s down, the cancer becomes much easier to destroy.

Another hidden trick cancer uses is stealing a molecule called NAD+, which is important for energy and cell repair. By hijacking NAD+, cancer cells stay young and avoid aging or dying. Fasting and compounds like curcumin and berberine help take back control of NAD+ and shift the energy flow back to healthy cells.

As tumors grow, they need more nutrients. So they build their own blood supply through a process called angiogenesis. This lets them steal blood, oxygen, and nutrients from the rest of your body. Natural compounds like resveratrol, green tea extract, and quercetin help block this blood vessel growth. Fasting also slows angiogenesis by lowering growth hormones in the blood.

Lastly, cancer learns how to hide from your immune system. It turns off the signals that would normally alert T cells or NK cells to attack. This is one of the reasons cancer can grow silently. But we can help the immune system “see” cancer again by using supplements like AHCC, Turkey Tail mushroom, Astragalus, and Vitamin D. These help wake up the immune system and improve your body’s ability to find and kill cancer cells.

When you understand these cancer pathways, you can take smart steps to block them. That’s what the Helping4Cancer.com protocols are designed to do. With the right timing, fasting windows, and natural compounds, you can shut down cancer’s escape routes—and give your body the upper hand in this fight.

feel free to ask any questions

Cancer is not just one illness—it’s a group of related diseases that all share a common problem: certain cells in the body begin to grow uncontrollably. Unlike normal cells, which grow, divide, and die in a regulated cycle, cancer cells ignore these natural limits. They continue dividing even when they’re not needed, forming clumps called tumors. Over time, these cancerous cells can invade nearby tissues and spread to other parts of the body through the blood or lymph systems—a process known as metastasis.

At its root, cancer is both a genetic and metabolic disease. One of its defining features is a shift in how cells produce energy. Most healthy cells use oxygen to generate energy efficiently, but cancer cells rely on a sugar-fermenting process called glycolysis, even in the presence of oxygen. This phenomenon is known as the Warburg Effect. It allows cancer cells to grow rapidly but also creates a major weakness—cancer’s heavy dependence on glucose. That’s why therapies that target metabolism, like fasting and ketogenic diets, can help starve cancer while preserving healthy tissue.

On Helping4Cancer.com, we explore these weaknesses and how to use them in your favor. Our approach emphasizes metabolic cancer therapy, including fasting strategies, oxidative stress enhancement, and natural supplements that block cancer’s escape pathways. We also focus on restoring and strengthening your immune system—especially T cells and natural killer (NK) cells—which are critical for destroying cancer cells and preventing them from spreading.

Cancer cells are masters of survival. They resist cell death, avoid immune detection, hijack blood supplies (angiogenesis), and mutate rapidly. But by understanding how cancer survives, we can fight smarter. Whether through lifestyle changes, strategic supplementation, or metabolic reprogramming, your daily choices can weaken cancer’s defenses and give your body the edge it needs to heal.

ALL questions are welcome even if they are on the site
