🕒 Timing Note: All Protocol Times Are Based on a 7:30 AM Radiation Schedule
Learn how to build your own targeted cancer protocol that combines diet, supplements, and lifestyle strategies to support your body’s natural defenses, boost treatment results, and help you stay strong throughout your healing journey.”
Throughout this process, you’ll discover how to Build Your Own Cancer Protocol effectively.
This protocol is broken into three main phases:
Building Your Own Cancer Protocol is a journey that requires careful planning and execution.
1. 🔥 Attack Phase (Morning)
- Goal: Weaken the cancer by triggering oxidative stress.
- Tactics: Fasting + specific supplements like Fenbendazole, Artemisinin, and Ivermectin.
- Mechanism: These agents lower glutathione and increase ROS (reactive oxygen species), breaking cancer’s shield.
- Learn in detail the Attack phase read here
2. 🧬 Oxidative Kill Window (Late Morning to Early Afternoon)
- Goal: Let radiation or internal stress destroy the weakened cancer cells.
- Tactics: Avoid antioxidants. No food. Let the tumor remain vulnerable.
- Bonus: Use red light therapy + Methylene Blue to amplify ROS damage.
3. 🌱 Repair & Recovery Phase (Late Afternoon to Evening)
- Goal: Support normal cell healing and immune response.
- Tactics: OMAD (One Meal A Day), antioxidant supplements like Curcumin, Quercetin, and Resveratrol.
- Benefit: Encourages tissue repair while preventing cancer regrowth.
- Learn in great detail the repair phase read here

Personal Note from the Protocol Creator
Although all of the supplements listed in this protocol can be safely taken daily, you may wish to customize your own supplement stack based on your unique needs, tolerance, and goals. As for myself—I served as the test subject. I followed the full stack as outlined, combining it with multiple extended fasts.
Within two months of being diagnosed, my T3b colon tumor appears to have fully detached via apoptosis. While I can’t confirm this medically—since most doctors won’t biopsy what was passed—I personally witnessed the evacuation of a mass with all the expected characteristics of my tumor, including a distinctive mushroom-like base. Fasting was a key element, though I did consume apricot seeds (which contain some carbohydrates) on those days and drank significant amounts of green tea after the oxidative window had closed.
Follow this guide to Build Your Own Cancer Protocol tailored to your unique needs.
For those who are not squeamish, I will be posting photos of what I passed, so you can judge for yourself. Viewer discretion is advised.
💸 Affording the Protocol: Build What Works for You
Let’s be honest—doing the full Protocol 2 supplement stack exactly as laid out can be expensive. Not everyone can afford to buy every compound at once. That’s okay.
If it’s not in your budget, don’t give up. Instead, focus on these three powerful principles that made the biggest difference in my own success:
⚠️ Important Disclaimer zinc picolinate should be avoided with certain cancers

🔗 (New) Protocol 2 Lite: A Cost-Effective Cancer Strategy That Still Hits Hard
Looking for a powerful cancer-fighting plan that won’t break the bank? Protocol 2 Lite is a newly designed, budget-friendly metabolic therapy that uses fasting, oxidative stress, and low-cost supplements to block every major cancer survival pathway. Built on the same science as the full Protocol 2, it delivers up to 90% of the kill potential—without the expensive extras. Perfect for anyone seeking real results with disciplined timing, a strict ketogenic meal, and a focused supplement stack. Read About It Here
- Inhibit the 10 Cancer Pathways
There are at least 10 key survival pathways cancer uses to grow, resist treatment, and spread. Many natural compounds—some very affordable—have been shown to interrupt these pathways. On this site, you’ll find clear explanations and research to help you prioritize the ones you can afford. - Have a Solid Attack Phase and Antioxidant Phase
Timing matters just as much as what you take. Even with fewer supplements, you can make a major impact by separating the day into a fasted, oxidative “Attack Phase” in the morning and a recovery-based “Antioxidant Phase” in the afternoon. This structure is free—and powerful. - Diet Was a Bigger Factor Than You Think
I believe one of the strongest elements of Protocol 2 wasn’t just the supplements—it was the way I used fasting and OMAD (One Meal A Day) to deprive the cancer of what it needs to survive: glucose, amino acids, and insulin surges. Even with a limited stack, if you eat once a day, avoid carbs and protein, and focus on high-fat keto fuels (like MCT oil), you’re already starving cancer every single day.
Most supplements in Protocol 2 last 30–60 days per bottle, especially when taken once daily. You can build your stack over time, starting with what matters most to your situation—then adding more as your budget allows. Build Your Own Protocol 2: A Customizable Cancer-Fighting Stack
Protocol 2 Minimal: A Budget-Friendly Cancer Attack Plan
Protocol 2 Minimal is my stripped-down, affordable cancer stack designed for anyone who needs to fight cancer on a tight budget. It combines key natural compounds, smart fasting windows, and timing phases to shrink tumors, slow spread, and block survival pathways — without relying on dozens of pricey supplements. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s a practical foundation when resources are limited. Learn more here.
With the right approach, you can effectively Build Your Own Cancer Protocol that works for you.
🧪 A Note on Supplement Duration
This section helps you build a Protocol 2-style supplement plan tailored to your personal budget, preferences, and treatment timeline. Whether you’re looking to cover all key pathways or just create a lean, affordable stack, this guide is your blueprint.
⚠️ Important Note if You’re Undergoing Radiation: Do not take any antioxidants (marked AO) until at least 5 hours after radiation therapy (hypothetical time used here: 7:30 AM). Taking antioxidants too early can interfere with the effectiveness of oxidative stress-based treatments like radiation.

Reminder: Protocol 2 Is About Timing—Not Just Taking Supplements
One of the most important things to understand about Protocol 2 is that it’s not just about piling on a bunch of supplements and hoping for the best. The power of this protocol comes from its structure—specifically the timing. Every supplement, every phase, and every window have a purpose. There are two main parts to Protocol 2: the Oxidative Attack Phase and the Antioxidant Recovery Phase. These phases are designed to work with your body’s natural cycles—and with radiation, if you’re receiving it. That means when you take a supplement matters just as much as what you take.
The Oxidative Attack Phase is your window to weaken or kill cancer cells. This happens early in the day—before your radiation session or around the same time every day if you’re not doing radiation. During this phase, your body is fasted, meaning it’s more sensitive and able to push cancer cells into stress and death. Certain supplements in this phase—like Fenbendazole, Berberine, Artemisinin, and others—help shut down the pathways cancer cells need to survive. This is also the time to avoid anything that might protect those cancer cells, like antioxidants. Even healthy ones like Vitamin C, green tea, or turmeric can block the oxidative damage if taken too early. learn more here
The Antioxidant Recovery Phase happens later in the day—several hours after radiation or your attack window. This is when you support your healthy cells, reduce inflammation, and help your body clean up the debris left behind. Antioxidants go in here—not earlier. This is the phase to repair, not to fight. learn more here
Following the timeline is critical. If you take antioxidants in the morning, you might protect the cancer cells during radiation or oxidative attack—and cancel out everything you’re trying to do. If you delay or skip your attack phase, the window closes, and cancer gets a break. That’s why Protocol 2 isn’t just a list of pills—it’s a strategy. Treat it like a battle plan: hit hard in the morning when the enemy is vulnerable, then rebuild and protect in the afternoon when the fight is over. That’s how you make every supplement count. You don’t have to do everything. But you should do something.
Use this site’s research to build a version of Protocol 2 that works for your body, your budget, and your mission. Your supplement stack might be a lot smaller than someone else’s, and that’s okay. What matters most is covering all 10 of the major cancer survival pathways—and ideally having some redundancy. Everything in the attack phase is carefully chosen to work together as an armada: to strip away iron, drop the cancer’s shields, and deliver a powerful coordinated hit. It’s not about how many supplements you take—it’s about whether you’re hitting the right targets at the right time.
So follow the timeline closely. Protocol 2 is a strategy, not a supplement list. Done right, it lets you take control of the battle—on your terms.

🗝️ Why B17?
B17 — known as Amygdalin or found naturally in apricot seeds — has been used for decades in metabolic cancer therapy.
It’s often called a “metabolic poison” for cancer because it:
- Breaks down to release benzaldehyde and cyanide in the presence of beta-glucosidase (an enzyme cancer cells overexpress)
- This selectively releases toxic cyanide inside tumor cells but not healthy cells, which have protective enzymes (rhodanese) that neutralize it.
✅ For all cancers in general, B17 is used to:
✔️ Deliver an “on-contact” kill factor inside tumor tissue
✔️ Target microclusters and CTCs that may hide during fasting or ROS kill
✔️ Complement your oxidative stress and metabolic shutdown approach
📌 Why 6:00 PM?
Adding B17 at 6:00 PM does two things:
1️⃣ Gives you a 12+ hour fasting window overnight, letting B17 circulate without immediate glucose spikes or competing food.
2️⃣ Avoids clashing with your ROS kill window (6:30 AM – 12:30 PM) so you don’t overload your liver or detox systems at the wrong time.
Example:
- Your final meal finishes before 6:00 PM → you chew or swallow your B17 seeds at 6:00 PM → you fast overnight → you enter the next morning’s kill window in a low-glucose, low-iron state.
✅ How to Take B17
✔️ Typical apricot seed dose: Start low, ~5–10 seeds per day, then gradually increase to 20–30 seeds/day if well tolerated.
✔️ Chew well — the enzymes release better.
✔️ Spread them through a 20–30 min window if possible.
✔️ Never take with high iron or glucose foods — starve the cancer at the same time.
⚠️ Warnings & Safety
✅ Do not overdose: B17 releases cyanide inside your body. Healthy cells can detoxify small amounts — but megadoses can cause headache, nausea, dizziness, or worse.
✅ Start low: Always ramp up over a few weeks while monitoring for side effects.
✅ Never take B17 with massive antioxidants: You want mild metabolic stress, not full buffering.
✅ Don’t mix with alcohol: This strains your liver more.
✅ Methylene Blue: The “Antidote”
If you ever feel B17 side effects (headache, dizziness, weakness) → you can use Methylene Blue (MB) as a safety net:
- MB acts as a cyanide antidote by supporting mitochondrial electron transport.
- Typical “antidote” dose: 50–100 mg MB, taken immediately with water.
- Always monitor and drink plenty of water.
- If severe, call a doctor — serious B17 poisoning is rare at normal seed levels but possible.
✅ How B17 Fits Your Whole Protocol
✔️ Morning: Fasting → ROS kill window → Fenbendazole, Artemisinin, Berberine, MB (if used)
✔️ Midday: Antioxidant Wave → Curcumin, EGCG, Quercetin
✔️ Evening: OMAD meal → Digest → 6:00 PM: B17 seeds for “on-contact” kill
✔️ Overnight: 12+ hour fast → no fuel for damaged cells → they can’t recover
🗝️ Bottom Line
Adding B17 at 6:00 PM:
- Maximizes metabolic starvation overnight
- Gives the cyanide a chance to hit hidden clusters
- Fits any cancer type — especially digestive, liver, breast, lung, prostate
- Easy to remember → same time every day, no overlap with ROS window
✅ Final Reminders
✅ Start low
✅ Never mix with sugar or iron-rich foods
✅ Have MB on hand
✅ Always track how you feel
✅ This is NOT medical advice — this is metabolic protocol information only
